NEFARAM has more content, especially NSFW, and Masterstroke is more stable. Also, NEFARAM is easier to add more mods to in my experience.

NYA looked good with similar content to nefaram and mco combat. My own nefaram version that I've patched far beyond the brink of reasonable limits is just too good to bother checking anything else out.

Nefaram is shorter (around 190/1270 plugins) so easier to add more stuff. I added Proteus, clothes/armor, places/homes, a dozen quests, and a bunch o mods for civil war.
