The Warrick County Sheriff’s Office states they received reports of possible illegal activity taking place at the Rainbow Massage parlor in Newburgh. Officials state female employee Christine Ling Chen, 46, of Columbus, IN, was arrested at the business on Friday and charged with Promoting Prostitution and Prostitution with a Prior Conviction.

A man named Mitchell Briggs has been arrested, accused of multiple burglaries at massage parlors in the Valley area.

Mitchell Briggs was taken into custody during a traffic stop, allegedly connected to a string of massage parlor burglaries in the West Valley.

WARRICK COUNTY, Ind. (WEVV) — A woman has been arrested in Newburgh in connection to a prostitution investigation. The Warrick County Sheriff’s Office conducted an investigation after receiving reports of possible illegal activity taking place at the Rainbow Massage parlor.

Court paperwork shows that, since July 4, police believe Briggs has broken into multiple massage parlors in Glendale. Peoria police also tell ABC15 they believe Briggs is connected to a series of massage parlor burglaries in their community earlier this month.
