Eslinger is the 20th Gopher player to join the College Football Hall of Fame The National Football Foundation (NFF) & College Hall of Fame announced today that former Golden Gopher Greg Eslinger is a member of the 2025 College Football Hall of Fame Class.

Former Minnesota center Greg Eslinger and St. John’s receiver Blake Elliott were named to the 2025 College Football Hall of Fame class on Wednesday. They will be officially inducted along with 16 other players and four coaches, including Urban Meyer and Nick Saban, on Dec. 9.

Bismarck native and Bismarck High School alumn Greg Eslinger has been named to the 2025 College Football Hall of Fame Class. Eslinger is one of 18 people who will be inducted into the Hall of Fame in December.

Greg Eslinger’s football career began at Bismarck High, continued at the University of Minnesota and eventually led to the National Football League.
