Police: Conn. man caught driving 130 mph ‘wanted to get home to see his cat’
NORWICH, Conn. (WPRI) — Connecticut State Police troopers arrested a Norwich man caught driving 130 mph down I-395 over the weekend. Police said a trooper was conducting proactive speed enforcement on I-395 South near Exit 11 early Sunday morning when a car drove by “at an extremely high rate of speed.”
