Fire & Ash’s plot, the next Avatar movie’s villain, Varang, already sounds intriguing. There are many Avatar movies coming out in the next few years as director James Cameron’s epic sci-fi series continues to expand the world of Pandora.

Avatar: Fire and Ash is set to release on December 19, 2025, continuing from the emotional end of its 2022 sequel. Director James Cameron hints the movie will be lengthy, similar to the two previous films in the franchise.

Firefighters contained a small fire along ariverbed behind homes that residents believe was likely started in a homeless encampment. Sheriff outreach teams are warning people in encampments not to start fires during this dry weather.
