Nearly a year after being traded to the Calgary Flames by the Vancouver Canucks, Andrei Kuzmenko is on the move again. This time, he’s heading to the Eastern Conference. Former Vancouver Canucks forward Andrei Kuzmenko is on the move as the Russian forward will now get a fresh start once again, this time in the Eastern Conference.

According to a report from NHL insider Frank Seravalli, the Calgary Flames are working on a trade involving forward Andrei Kuzmenko and have held him out of the lineup for tonight's game against the Anaheim Ducks. NHL insider Elliotte Friedman reports that the Philadelphia Flyers are the other team involved in the trade.

The Calgary Flames have traded left-wingers Andrei Kuzmenko and Jakob Pelletier to the Philadelphia Flyers for centre Morgan Frost and left-winger Joel Farabee. Calgary also sent a second-round draft pick in 2025 and a seventh-round pick in 2028 to Philadelphia in the deal announced Thursday night when personnel decisions before and in each club's games indicated a transaction was afoot.

Andrei Kuzmenko was traded to the Philadelphia Flyers by the Calgary Flames for Morgan Frost and Joel Farabee on Thursday. The Flyers also acquired Jakob Pelletier, a second-round pick in the 2025 NHL Draft and a seventh-round pick in the 2028 Draft.
