Minnesota Wild right wing Mats Zuccarello had surgery on a lower-body injury and will likely be sidelined for three to four weeks, coach John Hynes said Friday.A shot by teammate Brock Faber struck Zuccarello just below the waist in the first period of Minnesota's 3-0 win against Montreal on Thursday.

Mats Zuccarello will be lost to the Wild for three to four weeks after having surgery for a lower body injury, coach John Hynes said Friday. The veteran winger was hit by teammate Brock Faber’s slap shot during Thursday’s 3-0 victory over Montreal at Xcel Energy Center.

The Wild lineup will look different versus a high-scoring Dallas team on Saturday, as top-line forward Mats Zuccarello will miss as many as four weeks following surgery to repair a lower-body
