Patriots coach Mike Vrabel explains his decision to bring Josh McDaniels back as New England's offensive coordinator.

Mike Vrabel said he's excited to work with his new offensive and defensive coordinators, in his first interview since hiring Josh McDaniels and Terrell Williams.

Springer’s assistant, Tom Quinn, will be back in Foxborough, too. It’s not terribly surprising given Quinn was one of Mike Vrabel’s special teams coaches with the Titans, but his return hadn’t been reported until the Patriots coach revealed it on WBZ. Quinn joined New England’s staff last season.
