Poland midfielder Jakub Moder leaves Premier League side Brighton to join Dutch giants Feyenoord on a permanent transfer.

Dutch side Feyenoord have confirmed the signing of Brighton and Hove Albion midfielder Jakub Moder. The two clubs agreed on a transfer fee that could exceed £3 million ($3.7m), with Moder signing a three-and-a-half year deal with Feyenoord through to 2028.

Brighton and Hove Albion said that the the 25-year-old midfielder has found playing time limited this season, and has made the decision to join the Dutch giants. Head coach Fabian Hürzeler said, “We have a lot of competition for places in midfield and Jakub wants to play more frequently.

Ruben Amorim refused to single out goalkeeper Andre Onana for blame after his error led to Brighton’s decisive third goal in Manchester United’s 3-1 home to defeat.
