Michigan State football has made their latest splash in the NCAA transfer portal, picking up their fourth wide receiver of the cycle. The Spartans have added the commitment of Rod Bullard, a division two transfer from Valdosta State (GA).

Michigan landed Indiana wide receiver Donaven McCulley right away when the transfer portal opened which was nice given he's a 6-foot-5 body, but the Wolverines haven't been able to bring anyone else into the fold -- yet.

Michigan State football lost wide receiver Antonio Gates Jr. to the transfer portal, when the former four star recruit decided to leave East Lansing after two years with the program. Following the decision, Gates has found a new home, deciding to commit to Delaware State University, a member of the FCS’s MEAC.
