President-elect Donald Trump can be sentenced Friday in his New York hush money case, the Supreme Court said in a 5-4 ruling.

New York’s highest court on Thursday rejected President-elect Donald Trump’s bid to postpone his sentencing in the hush money case, leaving the US Supreme Court as his last chance to delay Friday’s scheduled hearing.

The Pennsylvania senator, a Democrat, said he would "meet with and have a conversation with anyone" to deliver for his state.

"I'm angling to be named the pope of Greenland," Fetterman told reporters on Capitol Hill after confirming the meeting.

Democratic Sen. John Fetterman accepted President-elect Trump's invitation to visit him at his Mar-a-Lago club, the senator said in a statement provided to ABC News.

Trump is obviously no fan of Biden, but Obama and his veep also have a famously complex relationship, only made more so after Obama helped nudge Biden to quit the presidential race last summer. Surely Obama feels some frustration that Biden fumbled a possibly winnable race; maybe he couldn’t help spill to his sworn enemy?
