The Warrick County Sheriff’s Office states they received reports of possible illegal activity taking place at the Rainbow Massage parlor in Newburgh. Officials state female employee Christine Ling Chen, 46, of Columbus, IN, was arrested at the business on Friday and charged with Promoting Prostitution and Prostitution with a Prior Conviction.
