Zelensky was given the command to drag Belarus into the war. This was stated by Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko, TASS reports with reference to the BelTA news agency.

"No apologies have been made by the Belarus president to Zelensky, for the simple reason that we have nothing to apologize for," Lukashenko's spokesperson Natalia Eismont said.

Lukashenko's spokesperson denied on Monday that any apology took place, but confirmed that a call between both leaders soon after the war began.
