Covington police said the pursuit began as they followed Baker north on Interstate 75 approaching I-275. Baker crashed into two cars and attempted to steal one of them. He then proceeded to climb over the side of the bridge and concealed himself in the beams.

COVINGTON, Ky. (WXIX) - Drone video showing the moments a man was rescued after climbing under the Brent Spence Bridge has been released. Joshua Baker, 38, was under the northbound lanes of the bridge for around four hours Jan. 27, Covington police said.
