Another Top 25 win on the road for Alabama basketball means another move in the seeding projections for the NCAA Tournament.

In the game of the night in the college basketball world, No. 4 Alabama outlasted No. 14 Mississippi State 88-84 and got a big-time SEC road win. The Crimson Tide improved to 18-3 overall and 7-1 in SEC play. Mississippi State fell to 16-5 (4-4 SEC) with the loss.

While the Humphrey Coliseum is an extremely tough venue for visitors, the Tide have been filling the hoop on the road. They torched Kentucky for 102 points in their last road game and also had games of 94, 88, and 94 in visits to Texas A&M, South Carolina, and North Carolina, respectively.

Alabama basketball's Mark Sears wasn't the only one to have a bounce-back game as the Tide had a shootout with Mississippi State's Josh Hubbard.
