The Parks Canada web site doesn't seem helpful here... On our trip, we didn't see bikes. It's a VERY popular walking trail, and there are boardwalk sections, so we don't think they would have allowed bikes just for that reason. Also, they don't allow pets, as they disturb the wildlife. Plus, it is very short, max 8 km's, which is nothing on a bike. I would assume not, but you may need to contact that park just to confirm...

It will probably have a few people on it and it didn't seem like there would be enough space. Hope that helps.
