I believe there is only coffee/tea and treats at the center. But if you head into Oregon City and Main St., there are many restaurants of all kinds and most are quite good. Check out "restaurants in Oregon City, OR" for reviews and locations. And, enjoy the Center. It is wonderful, esp. with Children.

There are no water park like areas.

There is a grassy lawn, garden, and interpretive trail, but there is not any play structure (slides, etc.).

A:
The admission price for seniors over 60 is $9, and for children aged 4-17 is $7, with the little ones 3 and under free.
