"We stayed at this Building for our 3rd time. We specifically reserved the room we always stay at. At $880 US. 1st we were over charged $600 IS due to their below market rate. We were put in another apt. Far lower quality the. The reserved unit. Broken shower doors. Rotted wood coverings outside. Dead plants in Giant planters with dried sand in them. Broken Glass on the terrace Broken Handel on the terrace. TV that kept resetting loose tiles, dingy dirty un kept apt. We were allowed to switch after 3 days. But still the other apt was also not Upto rental standards. Keep far away. Plenary of newer apt for rent."

I think it's hard to argue that "Tel" is not correct given that a mobile phone is a telephone. The only reason it should even matter to the reader is if calls to mobile phones cost more than calls to landline phones in your country, and even then if you're only providing one number they don't have any choice but to use that number.
